1. Who we are

The Buzz Collaborative is operated by Medream Limited, 16/F, Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong SAR. These Terms & Conditions / Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern every engagement with our writing studio. By submitting a brief, purchasing a plan, or instructing us by email you confirm you have authority to bind yourself or your company.

2. Services & ordering

Each order outlines the deliverables, turnaround, and review points. We rely on the information, assets, and approvals you supply; if requirements change we will confirm timing or fees before continuing. Research is limited to public information or documents you provide unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Work starts when we receive payment and a complete brief.
• Deliverables are provided in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or PDF format.
• Expedited or weekend delivery may add an extra fee.

3. Fees, cancellations & revisions

All engagements are prepaid and become non-refundable once drafting begins. If you cancel before drafting starts we will refund 50% of the project fee to cover briefing and scheduling time. Each order includes one revision round focused on factual accuracy and alignment with the approved brief when requested within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Additional revisions or new directions are billed at our hourly rate.

4. Intellectual property & confidentiality

After we receive full payment you own the final deliverables and may use them worldwide for any business purpose. Draft concepts, unused explorations, and internal processes remain our property. We treat your materials as confidential, limit access to the project team, and store files on secure cloud systems. Please do not transmit regulated personal data or trade secrets without prior written approval that sets out handling requirements.

5. Responsibility & limitations

You are responsible for legal, compliance, and regulatory review before publishing our work. To the maximum extent permitted under Hong Kong SAR law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

6. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and disputes will be resolved exclusively by its courts. If you have questions or require a signed copy for procurement, email team@thebuzzcollaborative.com.
